Vegetable sheekh kabab can be made easily and it is a great way to make kids eat vegetables..Kids would love to have this when they come back from school as a snack,a healthy one..
Ingredients:
Soya granules:1/2 cup
Finely chopped vegetables:1/2 cup(peas,french beans and carrot-boiled)
Potato:1,boiled and mashed
Ginger-garlic paste:1/2 tsp
Kasoori methi:1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder:1/4 tsp
Corn flour:1 tsp
Green chilli paste:1 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Soak soya in boiling water for 10 minutes..
Squeeze out all water from it and add vegetables and all the above ingredients in to a bowl..
Mix well and make a dough..
Divide in to 6 equal portions and shape each like a sheekh kebab and deep fry in hot oil..
When browned remove from hot oil and pass a stick through them and serve hot with chutney of your choice..
