Jackfruit seed cutlet

Jackfruit seed cutlet tastes great..Try this recipe and enjoy...
Ingredients:
Jackfruit seeds:1 cup,boiled and crushed
Potato:1,small
Green chillies:2,chopped
Onion:1/2 cup,chopped
Garlic:1 tsp,chopped
Ginger:1 tsp,chopped
Curry leaves:few
Coriander leaves:1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Coriander powder:1/4 tsp
Chilli powder:1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder:1/4 tsp
Bread crumbs:1/4 cup
Egg:1
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Remove the outer and inner cover from the jackfruit seeds..
Peel the potato and cut them in to small pieces..
Cool the jackfruit seeds and potato and grind in a mixer..
Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion,green chillies,garlic,ginger and curry leaves…
Saute till golden brown..
Add the masala powders(turmeric,coriander,chilli and garam masala) and salt  and mix well…
Add the jackfruit seeds and potato mixture and mix well..
Rool them in to cutlet shape..
Beat an egg in a dish seperately…
Dip the prepared cutlets in the beaten egg one by one and coat them with breadcrumbs..
Deep fry them in oil…
Place them on an oil absorbent paper…
Enjoy the jackfruit seed cutlets!

  3. I have never used Jackfruit seed, but love Jackfruit. I have a recipe my mom makes using canned young jackfruit.
