Semolina and coconut sweet

Semolina and coconut sweet is a really yummy sweet..Can be made easily with this recipe..

Ingredients:

Wheat flour:1 big spoon

Eggs:2

Coconut:2 cups

Ghee:1/2 cup

Evaporated milk:1 can

Baking powder:2 tsp

Vanilla:1 tsp

Semolina:1 cup

Sugar syrup to taste

Preparation:

Spread the wheat flour on the oven tray…

Mix all ingredients in a bowl..

Stir till the mixture blends and then pour all ingredients in the oven tray and put it in the oven till the surface becoming light golden colour and then remove the tray from the oven…

Pour the sugar syrup and leave it to cool…

Enjoy the semolina and coconut sweet…
