Italian salad is prepared with fruits and vegetables and so makes a healthy salad..Kids will just love this..
Ingredients:
Cucumber:1,chopped
Carrot:1,grated
Apple:1,chopped
Pomegranate:1
Tomato:1,chopped
Pasta:1 cup
Olive oil:4 tsp
Apple vinegar:1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar as needed
Few fresh grapes
Preparation:
Chop the cucumber,apple and tomato in to small pieces…
Grate the carrot…
Boil the pasta for 15 minutes or till cooked..
Now mix the chopped vegetables with pasta,grated carrot and pomegranate seeds…
Add the grapes,olive oil,apple vinegar,pepper,salt and sugar to taste..
Mix well and serve…
